Our products are printed in house and made to order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping/payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

WHY IS MY ORDER STILL IN "PRE-SHIPMENT"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date to be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
